Returns:

To receive a full refund you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in a brand new, unused condition — the same condition the product came in. If the item is used or open a partial refund will be issued. After contacting us for the return, we will provide a shipping address for you to buy and create a shipping label to mail the item back. Once your return is received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

If there is an issue with your item and you would like to exchange it for any reason, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll ask what is wrong with the product to make sure it won’t happen in the future, as we are continuously looking for ways to improve. We will then provide a shipping address for you to buy and create a shipping label to mail the item back. Once your exchange is received, we will ship out a replacement item.
